Where to Start?
Caroline and I have both been involved in many crazy sports and exploits. It would be fair to say that the purchase of this monster project at a time when we had planned an early retirement or at least a long sabbatical of a few years of touring Europe and beyond
Adrenalin fuels us both. We met whilst Caroline was teaching white water canoeing. Ok her charges were 8 -12 years old, but then I fitted in nicely!
We share a passion as accomplished Scuba divers. The only thing we don’t agree on is horses. I refuse to be mounted on anything that moves that doesn't’t have brakes! Whereas Caroline has ridden Point to Point and even qualified Olympic long distance horses.
I have had the fortune to compete in many motorsport events, from Motocross, to Land Rover trials and 4x4 racing, and then on to International Stage Rallying.

I spend many hours looking through a camera lens and have been fortunate to have a number of works published. Now there are couple of new challenges, that is apart from the house. French will be the first, now I know why that black board rubber used to fly in my direction all too often during French lessons! Secondly I really must crack the Saxophone, and to keep Caroline happy I may have to throw caution to the wind and learn to ride a horse!
Marks also has an interest in Meditation, Healing and Spiritualism, and is a member of a Mediumship development circle. These interests make this site very important
